Hi, I’m Neil.
I’m a product leader at Spotify, a songwriter and music producer as AIR APPARENT, and HUNJIYA’s manager through Kairo Management, the company I founded.

A lot of what I love about making things happens with other people. Someone tries an idea, someone else hears something in it, and it becomes a thing none of us would have arrived at on our own. I’m happiest when I lose track of time in that process, whether we’re writing a song or working through a product idea.
Music is also how I make sense of things. I often find the melody before I know what I’m trying to say, and the meaning comes into focus as I keep working. That curiosity carries into my work in product and artist management: I like understanding what someone is trying to make and figuring out, together, how to get there.
